柏野尊徳

研究テーマは事業活動を後押しする要因と妨げる要因。特に、起業を取り巻く環境が、起業家本人や関係者の行動にどう影響するのかという点に注目。2025年、シカゴ大学東アジア研究センターより「日本研究優秀修士論文賞」を受賞。直近のプロジェクトでは、起業を妨げる深刻な要因の一つとして、セクシュアル・ハラスメントがもたらす経済的損害について研究。関連調査はスタートアップ1,000名調査。

Research

Takanori Kashino explores the factors that promote or hinder entrepreneurship within the entrepreneurial ecosystem, with a particular focus on how environmental factors influence the behavior of entrepreneurs and stakeholders. For instance, his current project examines the cost of sexual harassment as a significant hindering factor.
